You will automatically get your rights back after you serve your full sentence. That would include the constitutional rights to bear arms, go hunting. Rights to run for local and state office. And in some states, your Right to Vote.


Tim Rogers is working with state officials to pass this bill in Wisconsin.

The Republicans, at the end of the Civil War, passed the Civil Rights Amendments, also called the Reconstruction Amendments.

  • The Republican Party passed these 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments, to extend the Bill of Rights to black USAmericans. This extends the rights of private property to black USAmericans, as a core right of a free people.
